All group workouts are held at Newton North High School Track. Each week brings something different but every workout will leave you feeling exhilarated and accomplished!

SEASONAL PROGRAM

$120/ Season*

HOW IT WORKS: 
Pick a season, day/time that works best for you, and come once a week for a coached running workout.

DAY & TIME:
Tuesdays @ 6:00 PM
Thursdays @ 9:30 AM

*Workout Indoors at Babson College

SEASONS:
Spring: 4/1 - 6/30
Fall: 9/1 - 11/30
*Winter: 1/1 - 3/31


PERSONAL COACHING PROGRAM

$100/ MONTH

HOW IT WORKS: 
Includes the seasonal program, plus customized weekly running plans designed to achieve personal goals.

RUNNING PLAN INCLUDES:
- Workouts for the week
- Specific mileage
- Target pace
- Desired terrain
- Warm up & cool down techniques
- Unlimited communication w/ coaching staff

$20/ SESSION

HOW IT WORKS: 
Not ready to commit? No problem! Drop in for any workout, no strings attached.

Great for someone who wants to be involved, but can't commit to an entire season.
